1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process and 4-5 business days for delivery, provided you order before 5:00 PM. If these days have passed, please contact our customer service.
2. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take a while for the link to become active.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the Track & Trace code you received by email. Enter the Track & Trace code on our Track & Trace page to check the status of your delivery. You can do this via this page .
4. I am not satisfied with my package
