Returns Policy

At Mervado Skincare, customer satisfaction comes first.
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We're happy to offer a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.


Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn and in the same condition as you received it

  • In original packaging with all labels still attached

  • Please state your order number for identification purposes

Please note: Items returned to an intermediate address or forwarding service are not eligible for a refund. Returns must be sent to one of our designated returns warehouses.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is no restocking fee.


How do you start a return?

Contact us at info@mervadoskincare.com to initiate your return request. Once approved, we'll send you the return address and further instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancel order

We understand that plans can change. Due to our automated processing system, you can only cancel your order within the first hour of placing it. After this period, we can no longer change or cancel your order.


Damage & Problems

Please check your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@mervadoskincare.com .
Prompt notification is required to qualify for a refund or replacement. Late notification may affect your right to compensation.


Exchanges

Due to the high volume of orders, we are currently unable to offer an exchange service . Would you like a different item? Please return the original item using our returns process and place a new order.


Refund process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Please note: Items returned in an unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days . Please note that it may take some time for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank.


Important notes

  • Abuse or manipulation of our returns and exchanges policy will result in exclusion from refund.

  • Shipping costs are not refunded.
